The
Standard Partner System consists
of a maximum of 2 modules. Line and station capacity can be 2 CO lines and 6 stations, or
4 CO lines and 12 stations, or 4 CO lines and 6 stations. It is feature rich, but you will
need to upgrade to the Partner Plus in order to add additional features and voice mail
(Partner Mail VS), and upgrade to the Partner II if you want to add Caller ID.
The easy to use Partner System is
designed to provide all the features you need to handle calls more efficiently and
cost-effectively. It's ideal for home based businesses or offices with as few as two
telephones and two phone lines.
The "brain" of the Partner
system is a slim, space-saving control unit. To set up the system, simply plug in your
telephone lines and at least one of the feature-rich Partner telephones into the unit, and
you're ready to go.
All the Built-in
Phone Features You Need
With the Partner Systems you can
select from three contemporary telephones, with built in speakerphone, intercom, transfer,
hold, and conference capabilities, as well as programmable feature buttons. For example,
you can program up to 60 speed dial numbers into your partner system, for fast, easy
dialing.
You can even choose a Partner
telephone with an easy to read backlit swivel display - two lines by 24 characters,
available in English, French or Spanish - that shows the date and time. This adjustable
display is easy to read, even in dim light, and can be tilted the users comfort. In
addition, all Partner telephones have a handy pull out tray for quick feature reference.
Extra features you
don't get with any ordinary phone system
The Partner System also includes a
wide array of features designed to help make communications convenient for both you and
your callers. For example:
Hands-Free Answer on Intercom
(HFAI) lets you receive and answer intercom calls without even touching the
telephone. Simply press the HFAI button to activate the feature, and you can automatically
hear and respond to the intercom through your phone's built-in speaker/microphone.
With HFAI activated, you won't have
to stop what you're doing to respond to the intercom, which can save you time and
aggravation. On occasions when you might not want automatic HFAI - such as when you're
holding a meeting in your office - just press the button again to deactivate the feature.
With built-in
conferencing capabilities, a single button lets you set up a call among up to 3 parties. That means
you can easily confer with customers at more than one location at the same time - or bring
additional staff members in on a call without having them leave their desks.
The Partner System is compatible with
most industry standard telephones and communications equipment (even from other
manufacturers). You can probably connect some of the equipment you already have - such as
fax machines, modems, answering machines, single line phones and cordless phones, credit
card readers, etc. That means that you may be able to save the cost of buying all new
equipment.
All the flexibility
and service support you want
Because the Partner System is part of
a family of products, it is easy to expand the system as your business grows, or your
needs change. You can expand your partner into a Partner Plus, and expand that into the
Partner II - or the new digital Partner ACS. You can add more lines or add more features
simply by sliding additional components into the Partner, Partner Plus, Partner ACS or
Partner II Systems.
