The Partner II Telephone System consists of a maximum of 2
cabinets with 4 modules in each (maximum of 8 modules). Standard line and station
capacities are 16 CO lines by 48 stations or 24 CO lines by 24 stations. Partner Mail VS
can be inserted into one of the module spaces which will decrease the line and station
capacities. Caller ID capability is made available by using 206EC line and station module
and/or 400EC line modules
It is designed to give you
greater flexibility for control of your call handling, to help you manage your business
with greater efficiency. It's easy-to-use features can help you make the most of your
resources while providing superior customer service.
The "brain" of the Partner
II System is a powerful, yet compact control unit. Simply connect your phone lines,
Partner telephones, and other equipment to the unit, and your business can have virtually
all the capabilities you need.
Automatic System Answer
(ASA) - Like having a mini auto attendant answer for you, without adding a
full voice system requiring a built in auto attendant. Calls are directed to a particular phone, like the receptionist's extension. Allows you to administer ASA on only the lines you choose, increasing the
flexibility of ASA. Provides 3 different
options for incoming calls, hold in Que., disconnect and ring to better serve your customers. Can be personalized with your own message, in
your own voice. The number of rings can be specified (0-9), that an incoming call should
ring before it is answered by the ASA feature. ASA can be turned on and off easily by just
assigning a button on the receptionist's phone. This feature will keep your receptionist
SANE!
With built-in conferencing
capabilities, a single button
lets you set up a call among up to five parties. That means you can easily confer with
customers at more than one location at the same time - or bring additional staff members
in on a call without having them leave their desks.
Speed Dial lets you program up to 100
numbers for system-wide use, plus up to 20 personal numbers on individual Partner phones.
That means employees can use quick dialing for those 100 numbers from any system phone -
plus "customize" individual phones with 20 numbers that only they need, such as
specific client phone numbers or personal contacts.
Enhanced System Message
Detail Recording (SMDR) "captures" call detail such as call length, and
the number of calls at each extension. This data can help you evaluate how well you're
handling calls, to see if you need more staff or phone lines. You can also track phone
usage to help you make sure employees are not abusing their phone privileges.
With Allowed/Disallowed Phone
Number Lists, you can have greater control over toll call access, which helps
curb abuse and control costs. For example, you can "block" on a station by
station basis, to manage outgoing calls and control costs.
Station Lock lets
you block outgoing calls on any on any phone phone that is connected to the system, so you
can prevent unauthorized use and control costs. For example, you can use it to effectively
"turn off" outbound calling on the phones in your warehouse, waiting room, or
other public areas of your office.
Power Failure Transfer helps
ensure that you can make and receive calls in the event of an outage, so you can keep
serving your callers needs. The built-in surge and lightning protection also helps protect
from system damage.
All the flexibility
you need!
The optional Partner Mail VS
Voice Messaging System (available in U.K. and American English, Spanish and
French) gives you basic, easy-to-use voice messaging, including individual private
mailboxes and remote access. You can use the Partner Mail VS System to keep in touch with
callers after hours or when you're out of the office - or use it as a back-up when your
receptionist or employees are especially busy and can't get to every call right away.
Since the Partner Plus System is
modular, you can upgrade the system as your needs change and your business requires more
capacity. You can also easily add voice messaging by sliding in a Partner Mail VS module
into your existing control unit. The Partner Mail VS System has no special electrical
requirements, giving you basic voice messaging quickly and easily.
